If you don't like oatmeal, this Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats may change your mind!
1 recipe of strawberry milk
1/2 cup diced strawberries
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
Maple syrup to taste
1. Simply mix, refrigerate, and enjoy the next day! You can add whatever toppings you would like (nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, other fruits etc)
2. If you didn't have time to make this the night before and you just want it for breakfast the same day, after mixing all of the ingredients, simply heat it up in a small pot until it starts to thicken up to a consistency that you're ok with!

*Strawberry Milk
2/3 -1 cup strawberries
2 cups unsweetened soymilk (or milk of choice)
1/3 cup coconut milk
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Maple syrup 2 tsp (plus more to taste)
Simply add everything to a blender and blend until smooth!
